Crispian has always been very clever in doing exactly the right song at the right time. And here he goes again. Another sure hit and probably the best record he's made to date.
It gets right away from the whistling jolly things of the past and is a gentle lovely song with words like "scenes of my young years". There's a great line in falsetto in the middle which is vaguely like early Presley and it's all very good. Congratulations all round.
